The Waldzel Glass Bead Game is (intended to be) a cooperative game of communication taking place in a stressless, meditative environment. Any intentions on the part of the players which are compatible with this overarching characteristic are perfectly valid motivations for engaging in the game.
To the extent that the goals of management are attainable by means of cooperative communication in a stressless, meditative environment, those goals may be attained by playing the Waldzell Glass Bead Game.
